Augmented reality for developer
For FINEP, I developed an AR-based brochure to replace traditional physical models in early-stage real estate presentation. The goal was to demonstrate to neighboring residents how the proposed buildings would affect their environment—particularly in terms of shadow impact. Each printed brochure included markers that, when scanned, displayed the entire development in real scale through a mobile device. Users could rotate the sun position to see shading at different times of day, and view how their specific house related to the project. The experience also included practical layers like planned parking spaces and alternative layouts. Compared to one physical model, this format allowed broader distribution and personalized interaction—making complex information clear, visual, and local.
